Orders & Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification that contains a tracking number. You can track your order by looking up the tracking number on the delivery company's website. 

We have a 15 day return or exchange policy. You can learn more details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

We currently only ship to the domestic United States. 

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation. Then, you will receive another email letting you know once the order is ready to be picked up. This email will have instructions on how to pick up your order at our store.

Gift Cards

Yes. Just show us the digital gift card on your phone screen or other mobile device - or bring in a print out of the gift card - and we will be able to apply the gift card towards your purchase in store.

Email Signup

Make sure you check your spam, junk or promotional emails folder for the email. If you find it there you should mark it as “safe”, “not spam”, “not junk”, or whatever your email provider procedure is. This will help emails come through in the future because it marks our email address as a safe sender.

To help our promotional emails come through in the future add to your contacts list or address book. This is a strong signal to your email provider—such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo—that you see us as a safe and trusted source.

If you do not see our email in your spam or junk folder, it may of been blocked by your email server or firewall before even being delivered. If this is the case, definitely take the time to add our email address to your contact list or address book.

Also make sure your email inbox is not full.
